With Stitch'n Fold, you can jog stitch and fold more than 65,000 booklets at a maximum speed of 2,300 finished booklets per hour - without stopping to reload staples. Stitch'n Fold's variable work thickness capacity handles from 2 sheets to a hundred page booklet with no set up changes or adjustments.
Simple Operation
Just load your booklet and its is automatically jogged, stitched, folded and discharged into an accumulating output conveyor. Side stitching, corner stitching and folding projects, with or without stitching, are all easily accomplished.

Model S3A MODEL S3A 7/8" - The two (2) sheet to 7/8" capacity stitcher
The ISP S3A 7/8" performs like three stitchers in one. It's furnished with three sets of formers and drivers:
a set for #25 round wire (2 sheets to 1/4")
a set for #20 x #25 flat wire (1/4" to 1/2")*
a set for 19 x 21 1/2 flat wire (1/2" to 7/8")
As a result, the most particular customer will be pleased with perfect stitching on any job from two sheets to 7/8". The unit comes with saddle, flat table and gauges for flat and saddle stitching.

MODEL S3A 1 1/8" - For consistently thick flat work ranging from 1/8" to 1 1/8".
Features improved cut-off mechanism with carbide tip for #18 x 20# (type 230) high carbon book-binders wire.
Comes with table and gauges for flat stitching. Saddle is optional. (for use in the 1/8" to 1/4" work range only).
MODEL N3B2 - 1/2R - Handles big jobs from 1/2" to a maximum of 1 3/4" thick.
The ISP Model N3B2-1/2R will flat stitch work from a minimum thickness of 1/2" to 1 3/4" maximum depending upon type of paper used. Stitcher is set to use #17 round bookbinders wire.
MODEL N3B2-1/2H - Our largest capacity stitcher.
Will flat stitch work from a minimum thickness of 1/2" to 2" maximum, depending upon type of paper used. Equipped with heavy-duty cutter block for #18 x #20 (type 230) high carbon wire. A maximum of 2 3/4" of work can be done by stabbing.
